AVOID THIS COMPANY! This is honestly the worst experience I've had. I bought a watch but changed my mind just a few minutes later. I reached out via the 'live chat - we respond right away' feature, but surprise, surprise, no one got back to me. I also shot them an email to cancel and get my money back. After waiting a whole 8 days, they finally replied, saying my order had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. Now, I have to wait for the watch to arrive, pay the shipping fees to send it back, and then they’ll think about whether I get my refund. It’s just absurd. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

A specialist I consulted mentioned that this type of mechanism hasn't been around for ages since no one uses it anymore. These aren't luxury timepieces; they're just junk! It's downright sad, especially considering the cost. Even with a discount, it's not worth it! I'm really let down and would never suggest this to anyone!
